Modular Stylized House Kit

単一のトリムシート（2048×2048）を用いて制作した、スタイライズドなモジュラーハウスキットです。

すべてのアセットは1枚のテクスチャアトラスを共有し、最小限のパーツで複数の建物バリエーションを構築できるよう設計されています。壁、梁、屋根、ドア、窓などの要素は共通グリッド上でスナップ可能です。

本プロジェクトでは、モジュラー構造、効率的なUV配置、一貫したテクセル密度を維持しながら、スタイライズされたビジュアルを実現することを目的としています。同一のアセットから複数の建物バリエーションを作成し、再利用性と拡張性を示しています。

リアルタイム用途を想定し、パフォーマンス・再利用性・実用的なワークフローを重視して制作しました。

All assets share one 2048×2048 texture atlas and are designed for efficient reuse, allowing multiple building variations from a minimal set of parts. The kit includes walls, beams, roofs, doors, and windows that snap together cleanly within a consistent grid.

The focus of this project was to demonstrate modular construction, efficient UV usage, and consistent texel density while maintaining a cohesive stylized look. Multiple house variations were created from the same asset set to showcase flexibility and scalability.

Created for real-time applications with an emphasis on performance, reusability, and production-oriented workflows.
